A Tribute To Freedom
Just Stay
A nurse took the tired, anxious serviceman to the bedYour son is here,' she said to the old man.
She had to repeat the words several times before the patient's eyes
opened.
Heavily sedated because of the pain of his heart attack, he dimly saw
reached out his hand. The Ma rine wrapped his toughened fingers around
the old man's limp ones, squeezing a message of love and
encouragement.
The nurse brought a chair so that the Marine could sit beside the
bed. All through the night the young Marine sat there in the poorly
lighted ward, holding the old man's hand and offering him words of
love and strength.
Occasionally, the nurse suggested that the Marine move away and rest
awhile.
He refused. Whenever the nurse came into the ward, the Marine was
oblivious of her and of the night noises of the hospital - the
clanking of the oxygen tank, the laughter of the night staff members
exchanging greetings, the cries and moans of the other patients.
Now and then she heard him say a few gentle words. The dying man said
nothing, only held tightly to his son all through the night.
Along towards dawn, the old man died. The Marine released the now
lifeless hand he had been holding and went to tell the nurse. While
she did what she had to do, he waited.
Finally, she returned. She started to offer words of sympathy, but the
Marine interrupted her.
'Who was that man?' he asked.
The nurse was startled, 'He was your father,' she answered.
'No, he wasn't,' the Marine replied. 'I never saw him
before in my
life.'Then why didn't you say something when I took you to him?'
I knew right away there had been a mistake,
but I also knew he needed his son, and his son just wasn't here. When
I realized that he was too sick to tell whether or not I was his son,
knowing how much he needed me, I stayed.'
The next time someone needs you .... just be there. Stay.

The Powers That Free: Let Us Not Get It Twisted ! This Is Not Just A Damn Piece Of Paper This Is The American People'sFoundation Of Law And Order!
Truth 1. All people are created equal by "Nature's God." (No commentary was given about the nature of, or, who "Nature's God" was believed to be. However, it can be inferred that the implication was from a general "Christianized" worldview.)
Truth 2. All created equal people are endowed with certain unalienable rights.
Truth 3. By the consent of the equal people with endowed certain unalienable rights, governments are formed to secure those endowed certain unalienable rights of the equal people.
Truth 4. When any form of government becomes destructive of those endowed certain unalienable rights of the equal people, it is the right and duty of the equal people with endowed certain unalienable rights to replace that government with one that will secure those, endowed certain unalienable rights of the equal people.
Truth 5. Changes of government should not be for casual and changing reasons, therefore, the equal people with endowed certain unalienable rights must declare the causes that make them change governments.

WISDOM TO LIVE BY...
What I’ve learned from y 55 years of Experience in life. Anyone can argue with another concerning their beliefs and opinions, but no one can argue with your actual experiences..
What Goes Around Comes Around..
...The statement, “What Goes Around; Comes Around is a commonly uttered thing in all of the America‘s mainstream society, but is usually "favored" only when “somebody does somebody else wrong”. This “saying” is the essential definition of the biblical truth of, “God is not mocked, Whatever a person “sows” that will he also reap”. .(Galatians 6:7)
The truth of the matter is that if people really believed that “What goes around really does Come back around”, they would also know that this same principle can be exercised in a positive manner, on purpose, as well.
It is important to understand that this universal, eternal law of reaping and sowing as recorded in Galatians 6:7 is not a threat by God for “humanity to get there act right or else” as some religions purport, but rather a principle anyone can purposely initiate to ensure that what one “puts out”, they will attract back into their lives. .
This means that anyone can “sow” and “give” on purpose and expect a “return” in kind of what is given. The problem with this truth is that most people sow “accidentally” because they do not realize that there is such a law.
The simplicity of this task is that our part is to plant the “seeds” or giving and the “Universes” (Father Elohim) task is to see to it that the seeds sown grow and mature. But if the “seeds” sown and given are of a “negative” nature, these “seed” will still germinate and manifest as “weeds” and “negative” circumstances.
Due to the ignorance of this biblical truth, a great number of people reared in poverty and depravity have “Borrowed Substitute Beliefs such as, “If it were not for bad luck, I wouldn’t have "no" luck at all.” Unfortunately, this negative belief realm, like many others, have been "borrowed" and handed down through generations, accepted and continued in today's society. Those that did not know how to “sow on purpose” became victims of the same law that is responsible for attracting only what is “sown” or given. The law is so absolute that even money and other tangible objects are subject to it.
If one desired to increase their income, for example, they would begin to give financially to ministries or other constructive, benevolent organizations. This kind of giving is similar to planting vegetable seeds in a garden and expecting a later harvest. Luke 6:38
You will find what scripture defines as "self-righteous" people that desire to give their own way and may say they "expect" nothing back" when they give. But since the kingdom of God and life is based upon seed time and harvest, it would be foolish for a farmer to plant his seeds and not expect a harvest. Even the book of Acts in scripture validates that, "It is "more blessed" to give than receive" because the more seed you plant, the more recripricol crop or harvest you will have for more giving in order to continue the process. Proverbs 10:4
In terms of money, scripture makes it clear that "money without a mission is merely greed", and those that "expect nothing back from their giving" have missed the purpose of giving according to God's standard in the first place.
By applying this powerful principle in the area of attracting Love and Friendships, one need only to “give” (plant first) what one desires in return (later harvest). This principle never fails to multiply the exact “kind” and “spiritual level” of all actions, words, deeds, and thinking patterns “sown”. Ask yourself this question. Am I sowing on purpose by accident? Luke 6:38
LIVING FROM THE INSIDE- OUT.. Rather than living from the influences and circumstances in life…- "OUTSIDE-IN"
According to scripture, Your heart is your "inner-self talk" that Only God and you hear. Your heart is the "dream maker" of all the circumstances in your life. Whatever goes on in the "inside" of you", will manifest itself outwardly, either the "conversation within" is by accident or purpose.... Proverbs 4:23,
The first step to getting the things you want out of life is this: Decide what you want and meditate (mutter) on it consistently. Wishing is just thinking about something randomly. Faith and and actually "Believing" is purposely thinking about a desire or aspiration consistently. Proverbs 29:18
Since What Goes around comes around, why not make sure that what you make “go around” is what you desire to come back to you? Galatians 6:7 Know that everyone reaps exactly what they sow both "inwardly" with their thought life, and "outwardly" with their choices and actions. It is obvious that most people sow by accident and therefore do not experience exactly what they want back.. Galatians 6:7
Feelings and Emotions are oftentimes big liars. Never make your decisions based upon how you “feel.” Make decisions based upon your commonsense, what's right, and what you will commit yourself to.. and remember, People never plan to fail, they just simply fail to plan.. Matt. 6:33
Life is just a mirror, and what you see out there, you must first see inside of you. Jer. 29:11
“Sometimes We Have to Go Out on a Limb because That’s where the Fruit is.” Mark 11:23,24
NETWORKING AND SHARING.. THE POWER BEHIND “TALKING ONLY”...
On the Question of Money and it’s purpose….
We make a living by what we get, we make a life by what we give. Luke 6:38
Whoever gives to the poor lends to the Lord and He has promised to repay.. Proverbs 19:17
Love is something we “Do”. For God so Love “He Gave”.. Whom do you love today? John 3:16
It is so obvious if a person says He or She respects and Loves people and respects God they will heed the wisdom in Scripture that teaches,
“Where your treasure is, there will your heart be also” Matthew 6:21.. If their is a respect of God (whom is Love 1 John 4:8), it will be validated in the sharing of one finances.. When the very “thing” that “sustains” our “well being” and a certain degree of “freedom”, is shared first and foremost, it seals” that their respect and humanity is genuine because scripture says that “Where there treasure is, you will also find their heart.
In the Same Way, those that network
should be willing to assist each other financially and support each others projects, aspirations, and events. Without this there is no true camaraderie or networking.. The very “thing” that “sustains” our “well being” and a certain degree of “freedom” when shared with others proves and “seals” that their friendship is genuine as well as sacrificial. Solomon quoted that money “answers all things” (because the lack of it has caused more poverty, goals and dreams dying, and increased hardships for people than any other thing.) Eccl. 10:19, Philippians 4:16 and 19..
You are an original and there will never be another you. Don’t be a copycat.. Psalm 139:14
Vows and Promises are made to be broken but commitment (faithfulness) can last a lifetime. Proverbs 25:13
Life is what happens to you while you're busy making other plans. Choose Abundant life. It is free. John 10:10
Sometimes people are like stained-glass windows. They sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in their true beauty is revealed only if there is a light from within. I think that what God wants in your life could be on the other side of this world but wait because He can also turn the world upside down for you to find each other! This is exactly what happened to me in my life.. Jer. 29:11
LOVER…..
The sooner we give,
The better we’ll come to know,
A Love of our own.
The longer it takes,
The better the love grows...
Abundant love in the seeds that have been sown.
When love has seemingly passed us by,
Here is something we should try,
Plant seeds of Love in the life of another
and we will discover that …Love comes easy.
A harvest is certainly on its way..,
as it is watered from day to day
If I can Say to somebody Else,
I Love You..,
I must be able to say
I love in you Everybody,
I love in you, the image of God ,
I love through you the world,
and from within me the Christ.
I love in you
also myself…
To love is to place our joy
into the joy of another.
The reason love never reaches it’s full potential
and lovers always get weary
is.. Their need to feel
can not reap nor attract a Love that’s real.
Love needs seeds that are sown,
Realizing a Love of its own,
Blossoming
every spring and summer of life..
Producing a healthy tree,
With new branches
and new leaves to cover the ground ..
Love is something we do,
And experience from the Love we extend,
There is no Love without God,
For God is Love,
The Beginning and the end,
In us expressed without fear,
Developing hearts that can hear,
Unlimited horizons awakened within,
From He that made you an I am,
But Remember this..
If nobody truly loves us…
We can be sure that it is our own Fault…

A Possible Major Freedom And Liberty Crackdown In St.Louis: More To Follow! Injustice Anywhere Is A Threat To Justice Everywhere! Freedom 08
St. Louis considers cruising crackdown
Jared Orr, of Bridgeton, watches as cars cruise through Fairground Park in St. Louis Sunday afternoon.
(John L. White/P-D)By Jake Wagman
ST. LOUIS POST-DISPATCH
07/07/2008
ST. LOUIS — Visit Fairground Park any Sunday when the weather is warm and brace for the parade.
An impromptu procession of cars, people and noise trolls slowly through the park, blocking traffic from Grand Boulevard to Goodfellow Boulevard.
It's called "cruising," and it's been around virtually as long as the automobile itself. A chance to see and be seen, to show off a new ride or a fresh paint job, to mingle with friends or meet new people.
But City Hall — saying the gatherings have grown disruptive and increasingly violent — wants to crack down on the weekend party. Following the lead of other cities, St. Louis aldermen are considering an ordinance that aims to curb cruisers.
The push for a citywide ordinance comes as gunplay continues to grip some parts of St. Louis, making large, unorganized outings potential magnets for crime. Last month, a teenage girl was fatally shot while standing at a gas station in the heart of the Sunday cruising district near Fairground Park.
Residents say that the influx of visitors, many from outside city limits, snarls traffic so much that they are bound to their homes on Sunday evenings.
"We have to send a message that's hard and firm. People feel they can come into the city and do whatever they want," said Alderman Jeffrey Boyd, sponsor of the anti-cruising bill. "I'm fed up, and my constituents are fed up."
Cruising, in St. Louis at least, is mostly a Sunday phenomenon. And it's not new. Previous generations gathered in Forest Park or along the riverfront. But now that cruising is focused in Fairground Park, officials say the gridlock, plus the proliferation of firearms, poses a threat to the surrounding neighborhoods.
Police have a special Sunday "cruising detail" that includes a fleet of tow trucks — not just to impound cars, but to position the rigs as improvised roadblocks. Congestion is so thick that fire and emergency vehicles can't pass through, police say.
"I've seen this grow progressively worse over the years," said police Maj. Alfred Adkins. "If you want to, you could walk across the top of vehicles from one side of Goodfellow to the other."
Boyd said homeowners in his ward have complained about cruisers parking on curbs, urinating on garages, spitting on their grass.
Antionette Bullay, who lives in the area, said the weekly caravan has grown so large and rowdy that all other activity comes to a standstill. It's like a Mardi Gras every Sunday.
"They don't even have respect for a funeral, how about that one? You've got a funeral coming through, they don't care," said Bullay, 52. "They're hanging out the cars. The women undressed, the guys with the bouncing cars. It's like a show. They're showing off who's got this and who's got that."
Although overall crime in the Fairground Park area has remained steady, police statistics suggest a recent increase on Sundays.
Over the last two summers, Saturday has proved to be the most dangerous day of the week in the area. Every Saturday, an average of eight to nine violent crimes were reported. But this May, Sundays were the most violent day of the week there, with an average of about 11 violent crimes.
Cities from York, Pa., to Milwaukee have gotten tough on cruisers. St. Louis County passed an anti-cruising law in 1993 to combat bumper-to-bumper get-togethers in a shopping center parking lot.
In St. Louis, aldermen are considering a law that would ban the "repetitive driving of any motor vehicle past the same location within a two-hour period." Chronic offenders could face a $500 fine or up to 60 hours of community service. The law would affect parks, streets and commercial parking lots citywide.
Though cruising laws have passed court challenges elsewhere, they are difficult to enforce.
"We are just saying any human being driving back and forth to Burger King is in violation?" Alderman Stephen Conway said at a committee meeting earlier this month.
Cruisers have their own objections to the proposed ordinance.
"One day out of seven days a week, let us enjoy ourselves," said Antonio Tucker, 26, of St. Ann, part of the crowd at Fairground Park on a recent weekend.
'HAPPY DAYS'
The Sunday evening scene is part social club, part auto show. Trick cars with oversized wheels, unhinged doors and suped-up sound systems clog the streets. Some are parked, others go on a slow drive through the park. Men and women buzz between cars for conversation or meet under a tree to beat the heat.
Looking for beer? Wine? Snow cones?
It's all available. One recent Sunday, there was even a street entrepreneur selling bug repellent.
Even some of the aldermen in favor of the cruising law admit that they, too, cruised when they were younger.
"Cruising is old as America," said Mo Davis, 40, of Spanish Lake. "Look at 'Happy Days.'"
The violence, though, is what troubles city officials.
On June 1, Shirlene R. Williams, 16, a freshman at Hazelwood East High School, was shot in the head and the leg about 9 p.m. outside a gas station at the corner of Grand and Natural Bridge. She died. Her 21-year-old cousin was shot in the head and left in critical condition.
Family members said the two were innocent victims caught in the crossfire.
"They were down there to cruise," said police Lt. Jeff Souders. "That's what they told their parents."
In a span of just two hours on a Sunday last month, police confiscated three guns.
Those who flock to the park say that any crowd can draw a criminal element, and that shootings happen every night of the week.
But even Davis, a veteran cruiser, concedes the outings can attract a nefarious lot. In his day job, Davis is a fugitive recovery agent and, while cruising, he also checks his bail-jumpers list.
"I'm cruising for a purpose," Davis said.
Others in the Sunday park crowd say cruising is more than recreation — it's a tradition.
"This is what we do on Sunday," said Angela Scott, 20. "We ride."

More Powers That Free! Freedom Justice And Liberty July 4,2008
On a day such as this as we settle in with our friends and families or attend the
town picnic, I ask that you pause and share a message with those you encounter
today. Remind those near you that in nations around the globe it is illegal to own
guns, it is illegal to speak freely, it is illegal to assemble peaceably. Remind them
that we pause our lives to celebrate freedom because our founders chose to no
longer live under the oppressive boot heel of tyranny.
My brothers and sisters in freedom I will share with you what happened to my
wife as she traveled yesterday. While entering the train station on her way
home she was greeted by throngs of yellow shirt clad police officers searching
everyone who chose to travel by train. No warrants. They pressured her to
submit to a search by asking, "Don't you want to be safe?"
As I type these words I well up with tears for the loss of the freedoms we once
shared. My heart is broken for this land. Now more than ever dear brothers
and sisters it is time to rise and resist this tyranny.
It is time to turn back the clock and remember why we fight. For some it is the
message Ron Paul spoke of during his campaign. For most it is the message
Aaron Russo left us with. The man who changed the lives of millions of
Americans and sparked a firestorm of freedom lives on in our daily struggle
to "keep our republic".
What have you done to keep the torch of liberty burning? Have you shared
America: Freedom to Fascism with someone? Have you shared Republic
Magazine? Have you forwarded emails? Have you donated to an organization?
Have you stood on a street corner in sub-zero temperatures just to hold a sign?
If you have no answer, then take that one moment today and remember why
we fight. That moment may be when you hear the Star Spangled Banner or
watch the sea of American flags pass you on the street. But I ask you this,
hold on to that moment and carry it with you for alone in the struggle for
freedom you are not.
We the People of Restore The Republic are right there next to you.
May this Independence Day be a glorious one.
Yours forever in Freedom and Truth,
Gary S. Franchi Jr.
